SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Terms (DAP – Delivered at Place)
All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the destination country, but the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival.
No VAT Collection
Vetrina does not collect VAT or any local taxes at checkout. The prices shown are exclusive of any destination country taxes. Any VAT, GST, or similar taxes applicable in the buyer's country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
- All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs inspections, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are entirely beyond our control.
- Vetrina is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
- By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any such charges.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customs clearance may add additional delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
